Solvotek is the trade name under which this site is operated. For questions about personal information: contact@solvotek.com.
Information we collect
The contact form collects only name, company, email, and a description of the need. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Purpose (Quebec Law 25)
Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), this information is used only to understand your inquiry and to reply. No other purpose is pursued without a new consent.
Retention
Emails from the form are delivered to the shared mailbox contact@solvotek.com. They are kept only as long as needed to follow the matter, then deleted when they are no longer useful for that purpose. The site does not save submissions in a database.
Deletion request
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that concerns you by writing to contact@solvotek.com. We will handle the request within the timelines set by Law 25.
